Tactile for the most part has taken on the meaning of satisfying to press for the most part. Criticism of mouse buttons usually addresses how tactile the buttons are. Also I think Brian was just trying to illustrate that he found the keyboard to be conflicting with the screen and it wasn't because he had anything but average hands.
