To Greek "musicologists" = LISTEN to the power of O/AURAL tradition
Copts HOLD on to their traditional chanting, WHEREVER they may be on the globe, where as we have COMPLETELY devastated ours through "research" and Simokaraïtic EXTRATERRESTRIAL IDIOSYNCRATISM .
(NB = unfortunately, videos begin appearing with Copt children singing while accompanied by the piano... BEWARE of the loss of tradition!!!)

lol dude i hate to dissapoint u but the 'chant' has been on many tapes, it's a pretty common coptic hymn

is this Baramous monastery? cause ive been to wadi el natrun and there are about 3 or 4 monasteries there, all beautiful!!
