  • 10-13? Somehow I doubt that. 1. Damn sure not enough cars responding. 2. Way too slow. I understand that it's crowded there. However, it is possible. The primary could've held traffic while the officers behind him went through, then proceed. Yes, there is emphasis on getting there safely. But the main thing is to get there. And let me repeat, damn sure not enough cars for a 13 call.

  • @FSDeputy81 You're a Rookie. I'd show your liver to a jury and have them in my palm. "You learned all this in 29 seconds Officer?" "May it please the Court, I have a few questions for you!" #Punk

  • @FSDeputy81 Yup. 10-13 would be flying cars. The most accidents caused out of all the calls are 10-13's. You'll c 3 pct empty out their RMPs and detective squad from somewhere else flying down FDR and such. Definitely not a 10-13, maybe 10-85 emergency.

  • @FinalUnknown Why is there such a debate over less then 30 seconds of video? I have a scanner. That's why I was there! Speculate all you want. Who cares! It's a youtube video. How many People have you run over in the line of duty. I love suing the City. File a Notice of Claim in 3 days! Plus, that's the Bronx, not Manhattan.

  • thats waaaay too slow for a 10-13

  • @Bejzbol1993 How fast do you drive into oncoming traffic? You see the double yellow line? What do you do if you hit a civilian or 2? What happens if you T-Bone a bus? Scroll down. Read! I won't charge you extra.

  • @Adragon1 was he a 10-45 Code 1 or did he live don't worry im not a wanna be my family is full of cops

  • @nubserver Yes, but it's for emergency only. A similar code would be 10-85, but that's for a non-emergency.

  • @GTAIVPOLICE In New York city they have noise ordinances because the noise level of the city is always at a constant decibel to where they aren't allowed to have sirens blaring constantly in order to cut down on noise pollution.

  • @markcmmngs noo 10-13 is basically officer down, need back up is 10-85

  • @DodgeYourBullet a 10-13 is basically officer down

  • my post NYPD explorer post is near here!! (at columbus)

  • Last year 43 police officers across the country lost their lives due to motor vehicle accidents, these guys were taking it pretty safely.

  • @Adragon1 FSDeputy is right and Adragon are you a Police officer???
