    i think he was drunk+the tried to get to the toilet(its before this video happen), but the cop/security didnt let him(i think they say:stay here).maybe he cant say anythink because of alkohol (or maybe only confusing sentences) and then he stops here and (then you see this video) and pees. i think he have to, but he was not allowed to go away from here (maybe they called the rettung, but he only have to pee, so if he wasnt allowed to go away and he have to go bad, he only can do it here.

    you havent had much interaction with cops have you... that dude is lucky that all those people were watching. the cop wouldve made sure to hurt him more if they werent, and probably dragged him over and rubbed his face in the piss. You can see him look around to remind himself that people are watching, a couple times.
