This show is the SHIIIIT...I'm bout to watch a few more episodes b4 I go 2 bed...An AMAZING series!!! If u got Netflix watch this and you'll b hooked!!! The confessor is a great concept...

@ThisIsJRJ I know it isn't even that close to the book.. That's why I said "based on the book" does not equal incorporating every single element into the show.

@ivorydome No it actually is't even that close to the book. First season is semi close they get the general jist of it right. As for the second season it doesn't even come close to the second book about all they get right is the names and thats about it. All they do is fix little problems here and there while there wandering around in the woods. The books are ten times better than this cheap version of a show and would highly recommend them to any body who is interested in watching this show.

Yes, LotS is filmed in New Zealand...it's made by the same people who brought forth the "Xena" and "Hercules" series (Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert)...old Xena/Herc alums on both sides of the camera here.

I never heard of this show until someone posted about it on an unrelated forum. I haven't seen any episodes yet, but this show is something I'd definitely be interested in watching and will tune in. I'm sure there many other potential viewers out there (like I was) who simply aren't aware of the show. Thank you to all the Save Our Seeker campaigners out there, I wouldn't know about this show without you and I believe your efforts can succeed. Keep up the good work!

people this can work if you keep pushing-save our seeker,if nothing else the syfy channel should pick this up,here's a example,there's a black show called the game it was on the wb channel,it got cancelled it was only popular in black house holes,not a crossover,anyway every fanwas pissed,bet started playing the past episodes it became even more popular now they bought the show and new episodes are coming in january, so it can work,DON'T GIVE UP !
