(September 7, 2008) -- On ABC's "This Week" with George Stephanopoulos, presidential candidate Barack Obama admits that he is of the Islamic faith.

Obama's Freudian slip -- a momentary lapse that confirms what many have long suspected -- will cost him dearly as the election season continues.

Additional note: This confession comes just 4 days away from the 9/11 anniversary, a moment Americans will forever associate with fundamentalist Islamic terrorism.

Obama's timing could not have been worse.

Your not seeing the big picture. Obama is a dirty muzzy that hates Israel, but he can't come out and admit it. Why do you think he helped overthrow Egypt and Libya? The 2 nations who had a peace treaty with Israel. He can't go to war with Israel himself so he will give the dirty muzzy's all the tools to do it. Obama is not a Muslim, nor is he a Christian. He's a secularist who blows his mildly religious upbringing out of all proportion, because to get elected as President in the US, you have to pretend to be be a "man of faith". For some reason, Americans believe that wishful thinking, aka faith, is a virtue rather than a vice.
