HT done on a male patient with moderate alopecia by FUE Technique in 2 steps (2401+1331FU's). Medical treatment: finasteride 6 months before the first procedure(2008). Slow growth after the first transplant due to a chronic dermatitis (minoxidil/polyethylene glycol). A second procedure was realised to increase the density, after improving the problems of the scalp. Coverage depends on the texture of the hair (thick), the number of hairs per follicular unit and density. The number of units is not the only reference
