It's so important to chew your food, including smoothies and juices, for best digestion. Really savor each bite and allow your saliva and digestive juices to flow! Digestion starts in the mouth so chew your food really well.

  • @fancyladydiane1 Thank you so much! That's awesome about your eye! Healing usually takes place in phases like that. Pretty soon other things will start healing & you'll snowball into great health. It definitely sounds like detox. Big hugs to you!!!

  • So... what your saying is.. I should chew my food? like chew it?

  • @crazybananza Yes, until it becomes liquid. If it goes in liquid, chew it & swirl it anyway, to get your saliva and digestive juices flowing. :0)

  • How do you chew your food when having smoothies? Is it bad to blend dry fruits and nuts with milk into a smoothie? Does it loose some of it's nutrients?

  • @vituzorro You just hold the smoothie in your mouth while making chewing motions before swallowing it & also swirl it around your mouth. It's always best to use fresh fruit, but if you're going to use dry fruits, it's important to soak them in water to rehydrate them before blending. I personally wouldn't mix nuts or dairy with fruit because it causes a lot of digestive issues & creates fermentation in the gut. For more info on this, see my video on proper food combining. :0)

  • @rawsynergytv Dearest, thank you so much, it is so great all the things you know, I Always Love your Amazing Information and I am so happy you enjoy my first real interview ♡

  • @forester218 Thank you so much!!!

  • @WhiteTimeHealing The Norwalk Juicer is an amazing juicer but so complicated. There are other juicers that don't heat up the juices, allow all the nutrients through & are less expensive. It all depends on the work you're willing to go through to juice. :0) Thank you so much for sharing your interview. I'm listening now....So Beautiful! ♥

  • @anyuisbjoern Well, that would lend some truth to humans being frugivores and not herbivores. However, Victoria Boutenko said in her book Green For Life that chewing leafy greens makes the teeth stronger and whiter. I guess there are always theories for each side. That's why it's so important to do what works for you. Interesting stuff! Thank you for sharing. :0)

  • @anyuisbjoern Eating soft food or blending your foods and swishing them in the mouth to get your saliva going and making chewing motions will benefit you a great deal. :0)
