  • is the dvd (sold with the packages) a circuit training (which I want) or instructional? Acatyally, both would be ideal, but workouts on dvd would be preferable. Thanks.

  • @BJ1047 It is instructional. It demonstrates how to do 101 different exercises using this system

  • i'm a 53 yr guy, 6-3, 320. need to lose a lot of weight. have worked out before but let it slide. now doing kettlebells. would like to continue kb's, but add something. how do these compare to b********* or others? I have weak, thin doors so I need to use handles primarily. i'd need a heavier band set than the economy set. reply.

  • @BJ1047 Aylio provides very high quality and durable resistance bands. Using multiple bands simultaneously creates very high levels of resistance (up to 101 lbs)

  • i love how they say clip up to 4 bands, but yet they sell a set that comes with 7 bands..

  • @seb4774 Different bands have different levels of resistance. The ultimate set with 7 bands allows you to create many combinations of tension levels

  • ok thnks

  • @jeraldo2009 Yes, you certainly can.

For muscle mass, use heavy resistance with low repetitions

For toning & weight loss, use light resistance with high reps
