Sadly the beautiful land of the Phoenicians in now occupied by dark hairy mafia Arabs, in the 630's the Saracen pirates defeated the Roman troops of Caesar Heraclius. The Arabs butchered or assimilated millions of Phoenicians, Greeks and Italians. These disgusting Arabs are liars, cheaters and are ruled by Baath and Hespollah fashist terrorist groups bent on destroying the Jews and the Europeans in the area. What happened to the Greeks of Baalbeck-Helioupolis ?

@TurboFuss1 Myself and my wife were there 3 years ago and we are are keen to return in 2013, because of the people. They were just superb. It might be the Irish in us.!!! People that suffer a lot seem to Appreciate the simple things in life. Hope you go back

@lilguy1171 Beirut is an amazing town. It's a party town. The worst thing about the city is the people. They are rude, hostile, and cold. I guess growing up in wars does that.
