Dr. Phil makes WAY more money than Vivica Fox & his wife doesn't even spend that much on shoes. Let alone, buy that many pairs. It's a common difference between whites and blacks though. Whites normally like to save their money & let wealth filter down to future generations. Blacks normally just live for the moment. She has a net worth of $6 milllion which means, she has less than that in liquid assests(cash). If she's not careful, she may end up broke before she dies
