  • Isn't this sort of similar to doing a dand/dive bomber pushup? Although the feet are more together and elevated so that's cool, and grip is different than palms flat on floor.

  • it's pretty similar to that, actually. Might have been where I got the idea to do this particular one - I can't always remember what sparks these.

  • Does my feet need to be in a higher level then my arms or they can be the same level of height?

  • a little higher makes it a little harder - same height is fine, though.

  • yep, that short range hits that area pretty well. short range curls - not so much with brachialis - that has more to do with hand position (neutral grip)
