It's not just the tax rate. What about the tax brackets? US corporate brackets, unlike personal taxes, aren't indexed for inflation and haven't been increased for 30 years.

When you say "corporate tax cut", what your saying is "wealthy tax cut". If you want to truely help the economy, nothing works better than give tax breaks to middle and lower income people. Look what Congress is looking at now to keep us out of a recession. Cash to the middle class.
