Pokemon Heart Gold: Catching Latias

Here is me catching Latias.
Latias (in Heart Gold) and Latios (in Soul Silver) run around all through the Kanto region. To see their locations, you need to go to your Pokegear map and it will show you where they are.
This Pokemon has given me a lot of trouble before so I thought I'd just through my Master Ball at it.
Latias is found in Heart Gold only. (Unless you have the event to get it in Soul Silver.)
Latios is found in Soul Silver only. (Unless you have the event to get it in Heart Gold.)
