Rick is awesome! He makes Mexican cooking look sexy. I buy all my Carne Asada Meat cuts - Ranchera, Entrana, Diesmillo - at Tresierras Supermarkets. They are the only market that sells top shelf USDA Choice meats and really good Mexican marinades. I prefer my cuts thin compared to Rick's thick Rib Eye but he inspires me to try new recepies. Love his videos!

im mexican and i love cook for fiestas and have my gringos friends and mexicans at my place,, how come this guy never seens to have any mexican or latinos at hes fiestas????

lol yea he's really accurate w/ his measurements, "about 2 tbs of olive oil" ::pours in 1/4 cup:: "about 1.5 tsp of salt" ::pours in handful::
