FACT: the police had been restoring order to London after disgraceful riots.

FACT: this individual disobeyed the orders of a number of riot police, in essence looking for trouble. In other countries he would've been shot.

FACT: the individual was pushed to the ground. Did you seriously think at the time "he'll die in a few minutes" because of that push? No. His head didn't hit the ground. It's a freak tragedy. This could've also happened to any of the many officers injured that day.
