He never took any vacations in his whole life, they say he got sick of working so much.

Yeah that's true.

I know he's on his way out now, but lol it's still worth pointing out that, by comparison, Bush has a record number of vacation days for all U.S. Presidents.

That really shows the contrast in the attitudes toward such a position of responsibility. Lenin worked for the people, and had a modest background himself. He didn't get where he was from being the son of a rich man, and that showed through his compassion for and devotion to the people :P.

I'm not claiming that Russian Oligarchs were motivated by revolutionary comradeship with Ossetians. They are nationalists with intents similar to the Czar's. In this particular case, however they are the lesser of two evils. The United States is tempting countries like Georgia with NATO membership to try to create divisions in that area. They know that a weak and divided nationalist Russia could not be revived as a Socialist state to end the United States' status as the lone superpower.

It was waged between the Russian bourgeoisie and others, all of whom sought to expand their empires.

Russia is, unfortunately, no longer Socialist.

The criminal war, however, was the one waged against the South Ossetian people for daring to try to secede from Saakashvili's Georgia.

I don't support Russian bourgeoisie, but the NATO puppets in Georgia who've contributed the third-largest army to the 'war in Iraq' are a greater evil, and attacks by the Georgian government began that conflict.
