Make sure you can do the Frontside Stop before learning this trick. Also, since the Frontside Air trick is part of the Intermediary level-4 testing, you should already have 1/4" radius hollow sharpening.
Good luck with this trick. It's one of the hardest stops in the sport. We apologize for Dan's demonstration of the this trick as it needs more practice. But enjoy anyway.
@NUMBERoneCANIAC ok kool.

@Prolite I'm gonna get as low as I can just stopping or stopping on one foot then I'm gonna try to get just as low doing this. omg I'm gonna die. haha. I play hockey so little things like this look like fun because I won't destroy my skates.

A One Footed Stop is a Beginner trick, which means that an Xtreme Ice Skater should be practicing these tricks in order, since one level builds upon another. Therefore, the Frontside Air would be easier, but is still a very hard trick to do. The more you lower your body to the ice, the harder it is.

Hey Dan..
I think I can do that but not from the 1st try of course.. If you can do 1 fotted stops so good.. Would it be kinda easy to do this one or it needs more effort?

Hisham.

yes indeed. This is an Intermediary level-4 trick. It's very hard, especially with very sharp blades. The idea is to go as low as possible to the ice without falling over.
