talk about a "perfect storm" of weird events. 1) space heater still working after months of unpaid bills? , 2) post mail carriers just letting cobwebs grow around mail without notifying SOMEONE?, 3) neighbors allowing a nice house in a nice neighborhood to begin looking like The Addams Family house without notifying SOMEONE?
