Even if 'hispanics' and 'Indians' were here first, I will be bold enough to say the United States of America was not founded by those two ethnic groups. Anywyas, who cares about who was here first? England's Monarch was the Thirteen Colonies' first ruler, but an independent government has been much better for the American people...

There is no such thing as "hispanic", they are still predominantly white. They didn't have our founding fathers, which is why their countries are fueled by drug wars.

During FDR's administrations, some executive positions were "dictators" — like the "dictator of steel," "dictator of lumber," etc. The idea was for them to control supply within each industry in order to keep up prices. The czar thing aka dictators started with FDR. The more I know about this the angryier I get, they have members of the cabinet and we have elected members of congress. I hated both of the Bush presidents. They were royalty.
I do wish the States would take that approach, the Constitution does not allow for the Federal Government to do it.
It seems to me that too many people are hard at work feeding and housing people that are sitting on there asses. I'm all for States telling everyone, if you are in need, here we have a job for you. Make working at Burger King seem like a good choice because working for the State should be tough and temporary.
