@Chinkabean Deficit spending for one. A quick search on google will illuminate that for you. Two major wars started under Bush, one of those wars started on completely ludicrous and completely unfounded claims. The patriot act was started under Bush (although if I understand correctly Obama extended it). The bush tax cuts further increased our national debt to unheard of levels. Also, during his presidency the income inequality between the top 1% and everyone else grew larger than since 1928.
