Crazy! I think a way to try and get out is when he has the partial triangle at 0:12, trying throwing your legs forward to push him off from the armpit.

@LeoLovesNature only a guy like you wouldnt beleive, what do u know about ones skills and what one can do?? first of a flying triangle aint hard to do once u practice it alot, its all about timing and i had good timing on that one. thanks for the jealousy mate... its all good :)
