Larrivee Guitars: Rough Buff starring Jean Larrivee

I worked at Jean Larrivee Guitars from September 1998 until March 2008. This video was made to be a training video for new employees but it was never used. This training video shows Jean Larrivee, founder of Larrivee Guitars, demonstrating the rough buffing techniques used at Larrivee Guitars. I (Brian Trepanier http://www.trepaning.com ) did the co-scripting (with Marc Thibeault), filming, video and audio editing, and compositing. can you tell me what the RPM is on that machine? and whether it's belt-driven or geared?

Also, what was it like to work for them?

and do you think they'd ever do a solidbody electric?

I used to work for Larrivee out in Oxnard Ca, USA. I was a bull buffer (rough buffer), final buffer, assembler, fretter, and painter.
