This is about prioritizing children. It's our responsibility as individuals and as policy to care for & prioritize defenseless children. We do this by emphasizing care for families and caregivers.
I watched a program where kids were given rations of food by their impoverished parents and were told that it had to last a week.
Not prioritizing children means we are not decent as human beings.
care about your own family don't fucking worry about the dumb ass that had kids when they couldn't take care of it. Thats the problem every1 is so damn busy getting in every1 elses business and not taking care of their own shit. Thats why r county is fucked cause we try so hard to help every1 else out and we try just as hard to fuck or own people i hope you aren't one of those people that don't bother with their kids cause they r so busy trying to help every1 else if u r kill yourself.Merry XMAS
The world isnt overpopulated. There's enough space for all 6 billion ppl. But AREAS are overpopulated causing the lack of resources in one given place. People who care about these issues must unite and form plans for the good of the country. We are so industrialized and technological yet we dont try enough to solve issues that desperately need fixing. ALL ISSUES affect ALL PEOPLE... nothing is divided. Separation is only an illusion, nothing is fully disconnected.
I am really looking to make a difference. I want to leave this place better for my children and it is not looking like that is going to happen if we don't stand up to the rich lobbiests in the government setting. We need to stand up for ourselves and our children. The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer and it is time to stand up for those who can not stand up for themselves. Mothers are a large group of the US population. We have the power - let's embrase it!
I believe the world is overpopulated, too, but I'm not going to practice population reduction by burning the kids and families. Women need to have easy access to birth control and we need to get over this fad of having big families. That said, yes, the children are our future. We need to protect, educate and care for our children. They will be wiping your butt when you are old and competing on the world labor market. You just want to creat canon fodder for the war machine? arent we civilized, yet?
I can not believe the unwillingness of people to help out other people in need. It is absolutely appalling to read some of these comments and hear the selfish attitude coming through. Nobody gets to where they are without some help at some point in their lives. The world would be a better place if people would just look around at each other and work together.
If we don't wake up soon, we won't have a country. No matter what you think about various issues the truth is that our country is failing. It's failing the people who pay taxes & worse still future generations. We are borrowing to create a democracy in Iraq & our national debt grows. The line between the rich & the poor growing larger every day & eventually there will be a revolt that will make the French Revolution look like a cake walk. Less then 32% of us vote. Wake up America.
I agree with you 100%. Mom's need to unite and stand up for our future generations or they are going to really have a rough life. Mom's let's wake up and unite and make a difference!
I have no idea what you're talking about Alice - what does having a good or bad childhood have to do with this? I owe nothing - the taxes I pay every month pays for parents' benefits - which in reality they shouldn't be getting. If someone can't afford to look after their own children, they shouldn't have them. Oh,and my taxes also pay for the education of other people's kids. I have no choice in any of this. Is that fair?
