  • This bus is what was nicknamed "silversides". They were all specifically built for Greyhound. How did it find its way to Europe?

  • Manual shift on the steering column; not many of those still around. Is the bus still running?

  • @HillbillyonaYZ The fun thing is, we Europeans (all those folks) know where Memphis Tennessee is, we all speak understand and speak English. How many of you know were Frankfurt, Brugge, Amersfoort of Utrecht is? How many of you undrstand German, French or Dutch?

  • If they're German, I bet all those folks wonder where the hell "Memphis" is. :D

And if that's a rear engine bus (is it?), I would imagine the shift linkage would be quite a nightmare.

  • VERY nice video! My educated guess is that it was filmed in Holland. My second guess would be Belgium. Regardless, it was well worth viewing! Thanks!

  • Where does this take place?

  • ive never seen a tree shift detroit.

  • Hell yeah of a good video!!!!!

  • dit blijft een prachtige wagen,we hebben hem "live" gezien tijdens de busrally in diepenbeek in 2008,wij waren er met de brusselse museumbussen.....groeten!

  • Luv it. Nothing like a good head turner.
