A quick video showing some of the best Monsters to train strength in RuneScape on.
These aren't the 'absolute' best monsters to train on, I'm sure Anokous and Ice Warriors will also be good to train on; these are past experiences of mine and my opinion of them.

i did the dragon slayer quest, and i have plate body, i have 51 attack 52 strength and 52 def wht is the best monster for me to train on

I'd say the best place is either Hill Giants or Moss Giants, Moss Giants will do more damage and are harder to get to.

jokes vid is there a place for 40-50 to train str for stronger monsters? aother get vid keep up the great vid

I'd recommend Hill Giants if your not very high at the moment. Um... you could try flesh crawlers in the Stronghold of Security, (the level 28's), Okay money per hour and the EXP is okay.
