In the opening, you say that white's Qc3 prevents c5, but wouldn't c5 have lost for block because after dxc5 Nxc5, Qxd8, Rxd8+ Bxd8, Nxc5 white wins a piece. Same result if Black chhose to take white's pawn on c5 with the bishop, not the knight.
why not QxF2 instead of QxE5? QC5+ can be answeared RD6. Seems to me black is pawn up since QxG2 defends C6. Rhf1 Qxh4 or Rdf1 Qxd4. can white get some nice counterplay?

Qxf2 will be countered by Rhfi or Rdf1. White can easily regain the pawn with a strong direct attack towards black's king
