Somehow my back can't carry me when I'm doing the L-Sit chin up or something like that, it's really weird because I can do both the L-Sit and a chin-up

not long, depends on your weight and condition. the fact this comment was a year ago however may mean you can already do them lol

yes exelent form i love these body weight exercises who needs weights if your goal is function then u dont need weights and the best thing of all is u dont bulk up i find spring tension machines also good isometrics can be boring as hell my sifu who is my brother would have us hold or legs six inches off the ground while he would jump on our stomach ha still to this day

Good form, most people bend their knees slightly but you've got your legs perfectly straight, way to go!

Hey that's great. But I'll advise you to fully extend your arm down to complete the full movement. You know, I do an exercise this as well, except my arms are fixed (90 degree angle between lower and upper arm) and my legs, straight, move up and down 180 degree. I think it work the abs more and still tax your contracted static biceps a lot.
What's the goal of L-chins?

They are much harder than regular chins and work more muscle groups at once than regular chins do.

Thanks for the response. I tried them yesterday, the abs obviously work more, as for the rest I couldn't notice any significant difference

abs definitely..usually quads more since you have to keep them in place too
