The End Time, End Times, or End of Days are the eschatological writings in the three Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) and in doomsday scenarios in various other non-Abrahamic religions. In Christianity, the End Times are often depicted as a time of tribulation that precedes the Second Coming of the Christian "saviour" or a "hoped-for deliverer", Jesus, the Christian Messiah, who will usher in the Kingdom of God and bring an end to suffering and evil. In Islam, Yawm al-Qiyāmah "the Day of Resurrection" or Yawm ad-Din "the Day of Judgement", Allah's final assessment of humanity, is preceded by the end of the world. In Judaism the term "End of Days" is taken from the Tanakh, Numbers 24:4, as a reference to the Messianic era and the Jewish belief in the coming of Mashiach. Various other religions also have eschatological beliefs associated with turning and redemption. In Judaism, End Times are usually called The End of Days (aḥarit ha-yamim, אחרית הימים), a phrase that appears several times in the Tanakh. Though the idea of a messianic age has a prominent place in Jewish thought, it is not a pre-ordained event but rather brought about by religious observance and good deeds. The term may refer to a number of interwoven themes: Jewish messianism, The ingathering of the exiles, The land of Israel will turn from a desert into a garden, flourishing with fruits, Rebuilding of the Temple, Animal sacrifice or Korban, The World to Come (Olam ha-Ba) is an ambiguous term that may refer to the afterlife, the messianic world, or the life of the resurrected.
Learn about the events prophesied in the Book of Revelations, which proclaimed that the end is nigh. This program depicts worldwide occurrences of war, disease and natural disasters that are believed to signal the coming of the Apocalypse. Includes commentary by Ed Hindson, Thomas Ice, Larry Poland and Tim LaHaye.
Deuteronomy 4:29-39 (King James Version): But if from thence thou shalt seek the LORD thy GOD, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul. When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the LORD thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice; (For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them. For ask now of the days that are past, which were before thee, since the day that God created man upon the earth, and ask from the one side of heaven unto the other, whether there hath been any such thing as this great thing is, or hath been heard like it? Did ever people hear the voice of God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as the seas turn black and feel like mud, and all will know the wrath and atonement of their sins? Or hath God assayed to go and take him a nation from the midst of another nation, by temptations, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by a stretched out arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes? Unto thee it was shewed, that thou mightest know that the LORD he is God; there is none else beside him. Out of heaven he made thee to hear his voice, that he might instruct thee: and upon earth he shewed thee his great fire; and thou heardest his words out of the midst of the fire. And because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt; to drive out nations from before thee greater and mightier than thou art, to bring thee in, to give thee their land for an inheritance, as it is this day. Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the LORD he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.

  • @masala505 That being said, I agree with u that absence of rational proof can make things worse, in some instances. But as far as Christianity goes, faith is actually what gives us hope, a reason to keep going when things get rough and keep loving and forgiving others, no matter what.

The fact that thousands of Christians risk their lives and are killed each year on missions trips just to spread the word of God has to mean something.

  • noone knows except God himself, even jesus said that in the bible.

why do people believe all these crackpots who try and predict the end!!

  • @bornfromabove thanks for your words, I truly hate hearing the word GOD'S. I do believe there is only one. I believed the sons of God were all those over the generations that knew God & followed him in heart & spirit, I believed we were created by God as Mortal beings as he tells us in the OT, my problem is with the NT, this part of the book wants us to believe Jesus was born without a mortal father. I struggle with this. to me Jesus was chosen by god as a human born man to lead God's children

  • @MistyMarie1970 Dont follow your heart Mary as others have told you for the Bible says in Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is desparately wicked, who can cure it? Follow the 66 books of the Old and New testament. Is 43:10 says ...Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me. 11 I, even I, am the LORD, and apart from me there is no savior. So to answer your question... There arfe many "gods" theres only 1. We humans are immortal from the day we are born. Message me if you have ?'s

  • It will be the belief in religion, not anything else, that will be our demise. The belief that all true rewards come only in an afterlife, while we have weapons of mass destruction on this planet is my concern.

  • @googie64 "please come to accept science, reality and reason"

your god-which is no god at all; is the same god that men of all ages have worshipped. the god of their own imagination: the god of human reason. your god is humanism. it is science that invented the means to destroy this world with the weapons of war and the tools of industry that pollute everything.

If God doesn't judge us, then God is not just.

God is both just and merciful: proven in the cross of Jesus Christ

    Seek his mercy

  • @googie64 Whether you believe it actually happened or not is irelevant. The message of the "stories" from the OT is what is important. And it's faith in something, whether it be God or in a religion that often helps people through bad times. And please, it is money and Capitalism that kills the world not religion. E.G Muslims do not hate Christians generally, we believe in the same God. It is the imperialistic behaviour of America and Britain for the last 150 years which has caused so many wars

  • @MonsterMunchAreAce ehm ok u know the black whole its written in quran! thats a fact they didnt have a telescope back then dont bleeive me READ it and also its written in quran that the iron came from blasts from outter space and the moon splited up once in a age when nasa went to the moon they saied that this really happend !1

  • It's the 21st century. Time for humanity to abandon the old superstitions and mythology of the ancients who didn't know what an atom or a germ was. We need to find solutions to the real problems that face all of us- hunger, climate change, peak oil, overpopulation, disease, environment- those problems are real.

  • If you ask me, all religions are messed up and delusional. They make otherwise sane people ACTUALLY BELIEVE in talking snakes, men living inside whales, etc. Please, please, world... abandon the old mythology written by people who though the earth was the center of the universe and didn't know what a germ or an atom was. Before we destroy the planet and all it's inhabitants, please come to accept science, reality and reason.

  • @MistyMarie1970 follow your hart.the answer is inside you.and only you.
