i do them alot,but i just never knew the name of the trick,lol first time i did one,i was like "dude,i just did a tre flip",but i didn't notice it was 2 kickflips with a varial,but i caught on soon.

no,they're not actually,u just have to put more kick in ur varial,but it is rather hard to do every try.
