15% in Florida? Only on psychiatric drugs??? In Oregon it's 70 percent. I highly doubt it's less than 50 percent in Florida.

They have been tested on children - just not children in the US.
The US markets those drugs to countries economically dependent on the US that don't have enforced laws that prevent experimentation.

Two nephews and a niece were put on these meds at the request of their educational institutions; then we were told they had ADHD -- one year of paxil left me with malignant neoplasms brain! One nephew has a worker from aquired brain injury trying to help him but he had been put on quite a few other atypical antidepressant/antipsychotic since Ritalin as a child.

I enjoyed watching this !! The truth always wins, the furture looks great when we see that one day we'll look at this clip/video and say "remember when psyches were running wild"...what a difference it will be.
