@malagent I think she is saying that PMCs cant be held accountable for crimes they commit in Iraq, and that it will be hard to prosecute them in america if they do. but in the military its completely different they have their own law system which works, which is what she is pointing out.

The immunity is a damn good idea, I would not want any of our people, PMC or military tried in Iraqi courts - it's insane to think that it would have even facade of fairness

Additionally that "immunity" is only for performing contracted functions which legally would not include crimes.

It can also be revoked, is not intended to protect individuals and is standard in any contract that's worth the paper it's printed on, if my attorneys did not have that clause in mine I would fire them.
