Nissan Pulsar GTI-R 0-603.76 sec @ silverstone

For a number of years I have attended the Trax event as Silverstone to run my Pulsar on their laser timed 0-60mph track. Over the years my car was faster and faster as more modifications were done. Finally I achieved my goal in 2003 with a time of 3.76 seconds! My goal was to join the "Sub 4 seconds club" lol, if such club exists!! and there I was with the certificate in my proud hands, sadly I sold the car shortly after this to buy a Ferrari, all I can say is I had more fun in the Nissan! I hope to have another GTI-R some day.

@ryankolesar do you even know what a Gtir is??????

Of course I know nothing having only owned a Gtir for 8.5 years. Mine is lightweight has 300bhp and was timed at 3.76 to 60 at York on a 12.4 1/4. It now does 12.0s, so I guess around 3.5 to 60.

Well run! Yet to try mine. Am I correctly remembering that this was particularly wet that year? I had a few sessions on track and it was soaking, but so much fun!! Cheers for posting!

3.76 is quite easy in a Gtir. You only need about 300bhp and the confidence to thrash your car.
