Me Playing on Rayman (PS1) in 1998

This, as far as I'm aware is the only footage of me playing any video game as a kid, in the era when I first started to really get into video games back with the PS1 in 1998/1999.

I decided to post this video as a blast from the past, and to give you a glimse of my early years in gaming, playing on the same TV my parents used and being rather vocally expressive as I played, boy that last thing hasn't changed at all :P

Wish I had more footage from this era, but this is all I have sadly, and even this for a while I was having doubts of its existence, but alas, I found it in the end :)

The original Rayman is a really hardcore game. Tough as nails to beat, but that's why it's great. The great soundtrack and pretty visuals didn't hurt, either. I think it kinda went down for Rayman ever since.

@WaddleDee105 I disagree, Rayman 1 is great but Rayman 2 IMO is the best game in the series and one of the best games ever period.

@ScReWaTtAcKeD I didn't really like Rayman Advance, the music sounded terrible and it was zoomed in WAY too closely.

See, in the 90s, it wasn't about freaking fanboys, it was just about you having a good old time on the PS1, I wish gaming was still like this sometimes.

@LeonSKennedy828 For me, rayman origins shows how much ubisoft has improved in 15 years.

Rayman 1 was one of my favorite games though

rayman went downhill ever since those stupid bunnies came into the picture. but now, they're out, and now we have rayman origins, this first REAL rayman adventure since rayman 3

i remember completing this game when i was 5 lol my brother got a PS1 but we always liked the same games so I was on it more than him lol
