What are your computer specs?
-
what are you using for your sky textures
-
@SpecialUnit91 yes and everything is 3d
-
can someone tell me what parts you need to be able to run fsx on highest settings (with add-ons installed)...i don't really want to get the i7 and the gtx 295 because the entire pc will cost me about 2000 euros
-
you got it correct sir! :]
-
trollass.. do some research..

does this eat your fps?
-
does REX not only improve the clouds, water and runways, but also improve all the ground textures?

1) FSX does not and will never support dual cards. So two 8800s are useless.
2) I know the 8800/9800s are great for FSX (FOR THEIR PRICE!) but the 285 is the best available card on the market for FSX right now.
3) You NEVER want your CPU out-performing your GPU, that could cause a serious FPS decrease. So if you are running a quad-core, the 8800/9800 will not be able to keep up. The 285 will however.
So which one would run FSX better, 285 FOR SURE!
i suggest :
jetlinesystems . com
you fucking troll. The 285 will be fucking awesome for fsx.

Get the 285 definitely. A lot newer technology packed in those and you can always upgrade to sli later =)
