@gratefuldadhead I am totally fascinated by the Native American people, their history,. Such a rich culture. And, I agree. It certainly wasn't for lack of trying. Where exactly were the Cherokee lands?

My great great grand father was full blooded Cherokee he had dark skin and hair but his eyes was blue,I heard that he looked awesome.

White man didn't manage to kill us all. Not for lack of trying. Cherokee prophecy told all many times what would happen when those who raped our sacred land for their gold,coal and never ending taking of that to which they had no right came and came like the sands of the sea and the stars in the sky. My grandfather spoke of when the buffalo shook the earth with the power of their hooves and they passed from horizon to horizon. They like us are now few in number.
