@timmyt3 Well, consiering your lack of fertilizer and the indoor situation, you won't be getting full-sized peppers. You can toss some used coffee grounds on top of the soil. That helps add nutrients to the soil. Also make sure it has the most sun possible. Move it from window to window as the sun moves. This will increase it's ability to grow better peppers. That's the best advice I got. Hope it helps.

ooooh, ahhhhh. LOL. Loved the vid. i always find something interesting and new watching your videos. I love canning and preserving, although last year we didn't get to save much. this year I plan on planting just a little extra so I can have more to preserve. Do you pressure can much? I just got a pressure canner in the last few months and I am hoping to try it soon. I have the day to myself, so I am off to watch some more from your channels. :)

I always have to wear gloves when handling peppers as I found out that although I can eat peppers I'm alergic to them externally. My hands burn and burn and turn bright red and its really painful, so painful that I usually end up crying. I'd rather give birth then deal with the pain I get from handling peppers without gloves. I have no idea why I can eat them but have such a terrible reaction to them.

I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! DORKY DRY SARCASTIC HUMOR WITH SOME EDUMACATION! Thanks keep them coming!
No. You DO touch one eye with pepper fingers to entertain people with your kitchen pirate show. One eye shut and limp around the room saying "ar ar ar, My eye, captain". Don't forget to salute.
PEPPERS, do you plant your hot peppers close to mild or bell peppers?
Once upon a time I had some hot bells come up and blamed cross pollinating. Never stuck with it to prove it out, though.

@McHenryAnge I planted hot and mild side by side and ended up with seeds that produced a funky frankenpepper plant.

quick question.. just moved to the south & started gardening. What is pickled peppers? Is that like a pickle but a pepper? yaa it's a stupid question. I have a huge pepper bush & I have to do something soon... Thanks a bunch

@catlewis777 Pickled peppers are just peppers preserved in jars in a solution of half vinegar, half water, a pinch of salt and possibly a sprig of dill. They're used in salads and on sandwiches.
