@OfficialBarstarzz No it's a pretty lame and embarrassing national campaign from a paternalistic country to get its citizens to workout. It's lame cos the workout and moves were lame. Imagine doing clapping movements and squatting three times as part of a great mass workout. Your workout videos I see are much better and more effective in becoming fitter I would say.
