When i was in primary school, the PE HOD thinks the sg workout is too easy, so not only we do the workout everyday, but we do all the exercise while JUMPING! it was hell

When I used to go to school in Sg, We had to do this workout in Springfield Sec School, I think I was the only one who was enjoying it..

the only workout in the world where u have to do for 3 days straight before u actually burn some fat or break into a sweat.

I disagree. If you knew how to do it properly, Im sure you will perspire and start burning fat.
In fact I feel this workout was a great initiative and wishes schools bring in some sort of aerobics exercise back again to promote a healthy lifestyle.
