I do think they are insurgent, cause nobody is shooting. But I really can't say, cause I'm not there. As a outsider not knowing the area, I would say both. I like to know who took the video, us or them? If it's us, then are we on some kind of recon. I would hate to have to make the decision, to engauge or not.
