As far as I know it's a good dump -- I'm also pretty sure that it's also region-free, though based on the original Japanese version.

There was also apparently a master system version that was released in Brazil; since they got the same version as the US it changes it such that, say, Maruyama is Trouble Bruin. It's actually not a bad port overall.

I use Fusion for nearly all my Sega recording needs -- barring SSF for Saturn emulation. Highly accurate

I recorded the video itself with simple old camstudio.
