In keeping with my WIP progress here we have the run from Rochester up the 100Meters to Soul Street. Its quite a climb fora 5 mile bit of track. The hardest bit is getting the layout of the town right. Modeling Rochester and Strood is not easy. especialy with the Medway carving a large chunk of terrain out of the way making one work some detail into the distance. As you leave the city though, you pass under the M2 and the HST rail that runs out fo Folkestone and the Channel Tunnel. Theres also "diggerland" and what looks to be a water park in construction too. Moving out into the country, things get less complicated, but the view means more detail work in the distance. As you can tell, Im avour 50% done with this section.
