What a joke, this is a chance to lecture at the city council and then be ignored.
The people need the ability to have a back and forth dialogue with those whom we trust to govern our cities.
When the powers that be can simply remain silent until all the noise has settled to only meekly utter "we will consider your comments", there is no conversation, it is an insult to everyone's intelligence.
we all know they will "make their decision" regardless as to what the people say.
