How to make an apple pie

This is a recipe for a simple and tasty apple pie from scratch. Some of the footage was corrupted so here is how to make the pie crust:

2 cups flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup shortening and 1/2 cup ice water. Mix flour and salt, add the shortening, stir, then add the water. Roll it into a ball and put in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. This makes 2 pie crusts. (top and bottom) If you want one crust, divide ingredients in half.
