When will they begin this project? Chernobyl's sarcophagus will collapse and this will create a massive catastrophe of nuclear ash that will disperse all over Europe and Russia. It's a matter of time before a second disaster occurs. The world is quick to spend trillions on wars, FIFA stadiums, bailing out banks but Chernobyl's dead power plant must be addressed because the lethal radiation will last for 1000s of years.
