GTO dyno 6-20-09

2005 GTO

Mods:
160 thermostat, Vararam intake, ported LS2 intake & throttle body, kooks 3/4 long tube headers w/ high flow catted mid pipes, corsa sport catbacks and 93 octane tune.

1st pull: 404.5/416.6
2nd pull: 401.3/413.6
Temp: mid-low 80's
Humidity: enough to hit you in the face

Dyno used: Dyno Jet

Previous numbers were 379/376 also on a dyno jet. No fan was available when getting tuned so temps were through the roof and the car was pulling 3 degreees of timing mid range and 4 up top. This dyno seession in the vid included cooler temps and a fan.

Thanks to Secret Service and FIST who put together this charity dyno day for the family of a fellow auto enthusiast & rider who passed on a few days ago. R.I.P. Chad Jones.

What have you done to the motor? The numbers don't mean much without knowing that, at least I listed my mods. I don't even have a blower cam
