We zijn stilaan de lente toe. daarom nu alvast een voorproefje. De Keukenhof is een bekend bloemenpark in Nederland ten noordwesten van Lisse. Het trekt jaarlijks ongeveer 800.000 bezoekers vanuit de hele wereld. Op het 32 hectare grote park worden jaarlijks in het voorjaar (eind maart t/m eind mei) bolgewassen van bedrijven uit de omgeving tentoongesteld. In prachtig aangelegde velden zijn meer dan 7miljoen krokussen, narcissen, tulpen, hyacinten,lelies en andere bolgewassen te zien. Sinds 1957 staat op het terrein de Keukenhofmolen. Er zijn diverse tentoonstellingen. Ook zijn er rondleidingen en het is mogelijk een tochtje te maken met een fluisterboot. In 2010 is het park geopend van 18 maart tot en met 16 mei. Really nice takes. But the insertion of takes with mountains on the background spoils the presentation - to my point of view - for most people know that there are no mountains in The Netherlands ....
