I can tell anyone looking at this video for dangers of vitamin D that, from my personal experience... from long term use of Vitamin D3, I started getting sever itching in my palms and bottom of my feet. Please keep in mind that this is just my personal experience and I just wanted to share it with you. As soon as I got off of vitamin D3, I stopped itching like crazy.

Vitamin D3 is the form you want however the form where they irradiate sheep wool with artificial light is still considered synthetic. Mushrooms irradiated with artificial light are also considered synthetic. What is funny is that mushrooms grow best when there is no sunlight, and sunlight can actually kill them! Sunlight is your best source, but if you shower with soap and chlorinated water your skin won't absorb it properly. Raw whole milk, whole eggs, fatty fish, and liver are good food source

No toxic effects of oral biotin supplements have ever been reported.
Even at high doses no adverse side effects have been noted in humans. therefore
No Upper Limit has been established for biotin.
