breakdancing in jerusalem center - warming up

on thursday nights, the bboys are breakdancing in a circle on the large chess board between Ben Yehuda and Shamai Sts in Jerusalem. a few power moves and some nice flows. a mixed crowd gathers to watch, but they're not as vocal as hip hop crowds

heya, i think the best option is to go to ben yehuda mall and ask the guys. in the warmer months they're there every thursday nights + some other nights. or you could google "jerusalem breakdance class" or something similar? I saw a few posters for hip hop djs in english eg DJ Marky Funk - there were prob some in Hebrew too but I couldn't read them. the music store "Music House" @ keren ha-yesod 25, or the record shop on Shamai (just round the corner from the breakdancers) might know more too

no sorry I tried it a couple of times but wasn't any good - should have started when I was young I think! I'm not in Jerusalem any more sorry :(

ya know i used to go to this and it seems like they were always warming up! they were good but took forever for them to get into it!
