Candy Candy italian movie ending english subs

The Italians were obviously not satisfied with the original ending of Candy Candy so they decided to do something about it! They edited the anime episodes in order to make the 90 minute film "Candy Candy e Terence". The film is a summary of the anime episodes, but the ending is quite different since they used the "daydream" scene from episode 97 in order for Candy to end up with Terry!

We'd like to thank our friends Annie Brighton for providing us with the VHS version (merci Annie!) and viv for encoding it into DVD format!Thanks girls!

I prefer the italian ending is much more romantic ,I guess we didnt want her to end up with her adoptive father Albert aka Mr Williams *_*

I'm afraid this is only a conclusion made by some fans of the anime. Mizuki herself never said anything about Candy being romantically involved with anybody in the end of the series, particularly not Albert. ^_^

Ok, the thing is I downloaded the italian movie (VHS-rip) but I don't have subs and I don't understand the Italian language. So, are you thinking to make them? If you want, I can give you the link where I downloaded it.

well we wanted to sub it but we lost interest since it's the "boring" and most depressing parts of the story. I think that the movie with spanish subs is still available here on youtube, try some search

Wow, that would have been interesting. I was half hoping the series would have

ended as a dream. I really liked the rest of the series but I was so annoyed when

they went and killed Anthony
