@TomatoesNut Oh I see. 2 steps cause its like a layup. I never thought of it that way. Thanks for the info. I'll see if I have more luck doing the move in real life, cause in the past I have to like chuck the ball up in an awkward motion cause I was gna get traveling violations lol.

@LazerJet27 If you Gather the ball, you get two additional steps, so the pivot foot of the spin originally from the bounce is not the pivot foot. It's like the euro step, or driving hard to the basket. You get that 1,2 step after you gather the ball. However, if you do the spin move, but don't gather the ball, and bounce the ball again, then the pivot foot for the spin is still the pivot foot, so only one step more until you must bounce the ball again

I don't get how to do the spin, isn't it a travel if he uses his pivot foot to spin but then re-plants his other foot before going for the dunk, layup, etc. Someone pls explain.
